The Decision Matrix for Excel (Decision Support by ModelSheet) enables the definition of a specified number of alternative actions or outcomes. Each alternative can be assigned multiple evaluation criteria with weightings applied to each criterion to create the decision matrix.

Furthermore, decision uncertainty can be specified for the analysis by defining the percentage of uncertainty around each evaluation criteria for each alternative action, as well as a risk aversion factor.

The Decision Matrix for Excel calculates a quantitative rating of each alternative for each decision criterion in order to support decision making with the analysis. If risk parameters have been specified, the risk analysis adjusts the rating scores to include risk in the rankings.

The Decision Matrix Excel template can be customized online to suit the nature of decisions required to made and immediately downloaded as a purpose built solution to assist with business and management decision making.
