Is There A Minimum Number Of Observations Per Candidate | Rate this: (3/5 from 1 vote) |
Just tried to use the opt. program. The program came with 36 months pre-loaded into column "C". When I load returns with fewer than 36 observations (and erase the months that I do not use) I get a "Error 13". Must there be a min. of 36 data for each candidate? If not can anyone help as to why the program will not run? Thanks

Rate this: (3/5 from 1 vote) Thanks for the response. I opened the program and ran it with the data provided when the spreadsheet arrived. The program ran correctly. I then erased only the last line, ran the program again and received the same "Run time error 13" message. Any help would be appreciated.
