ShockedI downloaded the trial version to explore its capabilities and have a question.

I get the same Run Time Error 13 as davidt mentioned. However I don't understand the solution that was given regarding numeric id's. Can you provide an example.

Problem is beause template expects numeric value for the customer ID

Keep customer Id integer numbers. The code gives this error because it expects a numeric value for the iD. This fact should be clearly mentioned in the user documentation. But, I found this out from trial and error.
This issue has been pointed out earlier in the forum but no correction is done so far.
