Weird 'theoretical Change And Optimal' Output

	I get some weird output in the Results sheet. In the columns Theoretical Change and Optimal I get percentages of weighting in millions %, see below. 	PC Regional settings Rate this: (3/5 from 1 vote) This behaviour can occur depending on the regional settings of your computer.  It is involved with the comma used to identify decimal places. If you try to adjust this to a point (.) using the Regional Settings option in the Control Panel, this will fix the problem.
