Need Help With Formulas And Fixing This Spreadsheet

Ok, we have a spreadsheet somewhat already set up but only some of the cells work, the column "space use" has all of our names of spaces but only some of the formulas work, we have been working hours on this and cant figure out why only some work, so please someone help us out thanks.. our spreadsheet goes to k so i cant post it on here... so if someone thinks they can help.
