For the project planning and management template, we tried to make the emailing independent of email applications and operating system.  For this reason, when prompted to paste the text, the body of the email text is simply placed in memory ready to the pasted into any application such as an email.

The best way to get task lists to participants is the workbook creation, whereby the participant can fill in progress and the information automatically imported back to update the project status.

We looked into tis issue and found the same behaviour when choosing the email option that the participant above the one selected was used for the constructing the email content.

We fixed this in the the release version.  We can also fix it in your populated template if you attach it to a reply to the email notification of this post. All data content remains strictly confidential.
