I want to buy this, but they I realized that the Reports and ExportReports functions don't print out all the data. You allow use to enter "attributes". I am doing shirt orders so I added color and size. I like this feature. But when I go to run the report, it doesn't tell me what the attrubutes are for the order.
How do I get it to print out a report that shows the shirt, size and color ordered and a final report of all the orders sorted the same way?
The current reporting functionality does not allow to report by product attribute. This information is saved under 'Discounts' column in the 'Orders' tab after the '|' character, attributes offsets are separated by the '#' symbol as attribute title offset then ':' and value offset.
Therefore, to analyze this data, you will need to use the 'Text to columns' function in Excel and match the offsets to the attribute values in order to create a custom report by attribute.
Having this as pert of the reporting functionality will require development which we will consider for a future version release.
