	russell, when i utilize the performance tab an input the data, the net return and annual return do not calculate. please advise. thanks, mark reisbord [email protected]

	Use the Add Product button Rate this: (2/5 from 2 votes) Please make sure that you use the Add Product button in the Value sheet to ensure that the correct forumlas are created to for each item added.

keeping at it. Rate this: (3/5 from 2 votes) Russell, when I go to add new product (as I stated earlier) and enter the new product, it does not show up on the category I place it in.  Rather it erases the previous entry. ie., Real Estate and House Account Crested Butte Hamilton-Steele escrow The Retreat at Country Club Park When I put the 1st one in, the 2nd entry erases/replaces the 1st. Scratching my head in Texas ps, i sent you the spreadsheet in my previous email Once again, thanks,
