	I am seeking information regarding customization of the tool (regression analysis tool), making it easy to use for appraisers to create an AVM. Whilst the current version can be used, it could be a terrific productivity tool with some changes. I am happy to pay for the work and will provide detailed specifications. Can anyone help?
