Can anyone assist me in writing a formula for the following requirement? I need to search range B1:B7 and have a list of units found displayed in D2:D5. The document I will use this in has several hundred employee names in Column A but they have different units that they work in. I need the function to display the list of units found in Column B. I will then use a COUNTIF() function to find the total number per unit. Excel Spreadsheet:
