Unable to open excel spread because of virus detection

After I tried to open the "download_market_data.xls" file, I am unable to open the excel file since the McAfee software deletes the file after detecting it as a virus file.  I have not found a way to deactive this McAfee either, as it runs each time excel opens.

I previously used the old .xls without problem, but discovered the old copy nologer downloads any data from either yahoo or google!

Any work around on this
