The Employee Performance Review Form template is a software solution for Microsoft Excel that allows small business owners and Human Resources managers to objectively measure employee performance on an absolute basis and relative to his or her peers.

Up to five objective skill areas may be entered and the user has full discretion over the relative weight assigned to each. Up to 25 employees may be analyzed relative to each other and the template can be replicated to extend to a larger number of employees.

One click sorting and filtering allows for easy analysis and comparison of results. Quality individual employee performance reports are generated and can be printed with the click of a specially designed button located within the worksheet.

Employee Performance Review for Excel contains:

  • Employee details: first name, last name, middle initial, and input for criteria scores.
  • Calculated weighted average scores and employee ranking.
